Job Summary
The ABS Dalian service management specialist is responsible for center wide communication management and administration, client visit facilitation, service management related reporting and some other service management related scope such as incident management, holiday coverage and service scope management etc.
Relationships
·Reports to: Service Management Team Lead under BO&S
·Supervises: Service Management Senior Analyst
Key Responsibilities
·Develop the center wide communication calendar, develop and deliver the communication according to it. Review and control the quality of the ad-hoc center wide communication. Work with AD team to design internal communication banner according to function requirement.
·Coordinate with other entities to organize the client visit to ABS Dalian, timely consolidate the client visit information and report to global, follow up with the requestor to get the feedback and win rate.
·Work with the service management reporting senior analyst to provide reporting and service review service, act as the owner of the ABS Dalian incident management and holiday coverage process. Assist the service management team lead to manage the center service scope, SLA and quality check etc.
Qualifications
·Education: Bachelor or above degree on Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Relations etc.
·Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' prior operations/service management experience plus the experience of working for a Multi-national Corporation. Candidate from outsourcing industry is preferred.
·Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based at the ABS in Dalian
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
·Advanced skills of Microsoft office.
·Strong sense or experience of graphic design is a plus.
·Flexibility and teaming skills
·Good creativity, writing proficiency in English.
·Strong consulting skills, with a track record of identifying issues and formulating pragmatic and effective solutions.
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·The ability to collaborate across organizational lines, disciplines, and cultures.
·Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with senior leadership and organizational management.
·Personal passion about delivering on commitments, and action-oriented with a demonstrated track-record of performance and results.
·Excellent Power Point and presentation skills
