Primary Functions (or Position Summary)  

-          Responsible for the logistics management of the whole company, to ensure the flow of smooth, to ensure the timeliness of products sent to domestic and foreign countries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and monitor all logistic management system and activities efficiently,including outbound logistics, returned parts and warehousing.
2. Understood the customer need of domestic/abroad market and define the internal process to meet customer expectations.
3. Monthly lead and organize S&IOP meeting to review gap between demand and orders to support business growth, and take the action plan to close the gap.
4. Set up logistic department budget and KPIs, and take action plans to fulfill budget and KPIs aligned with group strategy.
5. Track transportation vendor’s delivery, coordinate with sales and vendor to settle with issues from appointment, damage and discrepancies.
6. Optimize the logistic internet together with group to improve the shipping/delivery on both cost and efficiency sides, and to set/build up the APREG logistic network aligned with group strategy.
7. Warehouse facility management, including rack, kitting production, forklift, etc.
8. Continuously deploy and improve lean logistic efficiency to satisfy customer requirement.
9. Any other assignment from management.

Normal Minimum Position Requirements

Education

-          Bachelor degree or above with logistics or related major

Experience

-          7+ years in logistic management position competencies

-          Good experience in trade or import/export practices

-          Rich working experience on logistic, warehouse management, customs clearance and demanding planning

-          Capable of managing a multicultural team across in Europe and Asia

-          Be skillful in INFOR/SAP or other ERP system

Requirement

• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Available to travel

-          Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

-          Strong communication, problem-solving skills

-          Open-minded, and strong leadership management.
