Accountant (AR)

Reporting of the role

Reports to the Finance Manager, GroupM (Opco)

2 best important things about the job:

1.    Understand B&R , quarterly rolling forecast and Budget

2.    Understand AR/WIP from a business perspective

Measures of success – In three months, you would have:

·    Understand billing process, identify issue on AR/WIP,

Understand B&R and Quarter rolling forecast/budget

In six months, you would have:

·     Review books to make adjustment with accounting team

In 12 months, you would have:

·     Support commercial to address issue on AR/WIP

A better knowledge of B&R report and Quarter Rolling forecast and Budget

Major Responsibility: 

• Finish comments for AR/WIP monthly report
• Track AR/WIP process with agency
• Quarterly Rolling forecast/ budget ,mainly on B&R phasing
• Quarterly BS report
• Support Client Audit

What you will need:

1.    Bachelor degree of financial or accounting;

2.    1-2 years of experience, within AR accounting is preferred;

3.    Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented;

4.    Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;

5.    Good communication and time management skill;

6.    Good knowledge of Excel

7.    Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
