II. Key Responsibilities

• Identifies new opportunities by Policy interpretation, market research VOC and data mining, etc.

• Develops GTM strategy, business plan and initiative action plan to drive growth.

• New opportunities daily management to ensure sustainable growth

• Coordinate with cross function teams on product optimization, application development and marketing event etc.

• Lead to develop sales tools and delivery internal sales training

• Build and maintain MW KOL relationship

  III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements

• BS degree on engineering or above.

• 5+ years sales, marketing or business development experiences in water industry

• Excellent business sense, creative thinking, strategy planning and strong execution

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Strong interest in technology trend

• Energetic, Ambitious, Open mind and goal- oriented

• Excellent skills in written/spoken English and office

• 5+ work experiences in international company preferred.

• MBA background is preferred.
