Job Responsibilities:

1、Establish and improve the logistics process, and supervise the implementation to ensure the daily work going smoothly.

2、Establish warehouse management standardization, including storage location design management, inventory management, FIFO and 5S management.

3、Monitor packing design and improvement and evaluate the effectiveness regularly.

4、Participate in logistics planning of the new project development phase.

5、Monitor inventory, make and carry out the cycle count activity, follow up the gap analysis and provide relative report.

6、Achieve the logistic KPI target, continues improvement to reduce logistics cost.

7、People management and coach people for further development.

8、Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor above. Business or Logistics is preferred.

2、At least 3 years production planning working experience, at least 1 year’s management experience. work experience in automotive industry field is advanced.

3、To be familiar with SAP.

4、Good English speak read and written skills.

5、Good team work and communication skills.

6、Microsoft office skills, data analysis sense.

7、Good skill in problem solving, workable under pressure.
