工作职责(Responsibilities):

1、负责日常桌面系统运维，包括设备日常维护管理、技术支持工作，如打印机、投影机、扫描仪、视频设备等IT相关设备安装调试、维护, 软硬件故障排除的能力; 

Responsible for desktop system operation, daily equipment maintenance and technical support including installation and debugging of IT equipment(such as printer, projector, scanner and video equipment), settling problem of software and hardware. 

2、熟悉TCP/IP协议，能够配置简单的Cisco网络设备，包括简单网络故障诊断及机房内UPS等设备监控维护; 

Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, ability to configure Cisco network, diagnose network malfunction and monitor UPS equipment. 

3、熟练使用Office 365，Outlook等客户端安装、配置、维护、故障排除; 

Good command of Office 365 and Outlook knowledge like its installation, configuration, maintenance, and problem resolving. 

4、负责公司IT设备固定资产管理，建立完善公司数据信息与资料； 

Fix asset management of IT department and improve information of company database. 

5、具有良好的ITIL知识，在事故/问题事件中快速响应，根据事故/问题经理要求，快速分析和解决问题；负责相应的变更，编制维护报告，参与信息化方案编写、实施与监督执行,及网络系统相关各类文档整理工作； 

Response quickly to incidents, analyze and solve problems speedily. Responsible for IT reports and engaged in information program. Filing IT relevant report. 

6、服从公司领导安排的其他工作；

Other tasks assigned by managers.  

任职资格(Qualifications)： 

1、计算机相关专业大本科或以上学历，1年以上相关职工作经验;

Bachelor degree or above major in computer science or associate, above 1 year related working experience. 

2、踏实稳定，具有较强的团队合作精神、责任心以及良好的职业道德； 

Hardworking and stable person with high team spirit and professional ethics. 

3、具有独立工作的能力并具备较强的分析、判断和解决问题的能力； 

Ability to work independently. Strong ability of analysis and solving problem.

4、具有良好的沟通和协调能力；

Good communication and reconciliation ability. 

5、英语听说读写优秀，能够与总部各IT部门同事顺畅沟通。

Good command of English, can communicate with headquarter smoothly.
