工作范围 Position summary

CanSino BIO is pursuing the expansion of its vaccine business beyond China.

The International Business team is tasked with the identification and quantification of business opportunities, the selection of appropriate business plans and resource allocation to successfully launch the company’s vaccines in targeted territories, including partnering.

1. To support the setting of advertising objectives and budgets, choice of media/tools and message finalization for the vaccines under promotion

2. To harvest information and track market trends to support internal decision making and local operations

3. To understand the management of customer expectations and to support the implementation of Payer Value Propositions

4. To monitor the preparation and the execution of agreements

5. To contribute to the planning and budgeting processes

主要职责Major Duties and Responsibilities

Manage business projects

1. Support the process of selecting business partners, negotiating agreements and executing them, from the due diligence phase to the implementation

2. Prepare minutes of meetings with partners, with specific and time-bound action items

3. Ensure timely execution of initiatives and follow-up actions

4. Monitor the execution of contractual obligations (binding forecasts, execution of purchase orders, scheduling of deliveries)

Execute relevant market analyses and business intelligence activities

1. Remain on constant alert to capture information about partners or competitors in print and digital media and over time, share insights with management and colleagues in the International Business division

2. Collaborate with HQ Marketing staff to execute market research studies, and provide input on the appropriateness of research methodologies that will satisfy the local planning and budget constraints

Develop detailed understanding of market needs and partners expectations

1. Manage the process towards ensuring the approval of the promotional material of business partners by the relevant internal functions (Medical, Regulatory, Marketing)

2. Contribute to a transparent and constructive business relationship with partners by establishing a fluid work interface with same-level counterparts in the organization of the partners

3. Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes

4. Support the development of assumptions for business projects

5. Contribute to the Strategic Plan and Budget preparation

6. Participate to business reviews

7. Ensure that activities of global functions are properly prioritized and resourced to achieve International Business objectives

This position requires autonomy and direct interactions with senior executives from Industrial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Business Development.The International Business Associate:

1. Provides the SVP International Business with regular updates and recommendations to facilitate the implementation of International Business initiatives

2. Interacts operationally with internal functions and participates to senior management coordination meetings

康希诺生物与军科院合作研发的埃博拉病毒病疫苗Ad5-EBOV已取得1类生物制品新药注册证书，是我国独立研发、具有完全自主知识产权的创新性重组疫苗产品。两款新型脑膜炎球菌结合疫苗已提交新药注册申请并获得受理，其中国内的四价脑膜炎球菌结合疫苗获得国家药品监督管理局新药注册优先审评资格。此外，公司还有包括重组新型冠状病毒疫苗（腺病毒载体）、重组肺炎蛋白疫苗、13价肺炎球菌结合疫苗、组分百白破疫苗（3种）、重组结核病疫苗等多个创新疫苗处在临床试验阶段或临床试验申请阶段，另有六款候选疫苗处在临床前研究阶段。

康希诺生物现拥有建筑面积1.2万平方米的疫苗研发中心，建筑面积3.8万平方米的疫苗产业化生产基地，其设计、建造及运营均符合国际标准，位于研发中心内的GMP中试车间已通过欧洲药品管理局的QP检查。基地达产后可实现多个新型疫苗产品的供应，年原液产能达到约7,000万至8,000万剂。
