· Personal and team compliance with all CMMMC HS&E policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated, implemented and enforced

Undertake scheduled HS&E activities as required

· Manage and monitor progress of work in the New Build, Repair and Overhaul areas in the workshop to ensure work is being carried out to specification and in a timely manner

· Promote and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers

· Manage and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency

Actively participate in the China sourcing of cost effective and compliant materials, parts and components

Liaise with the quality and compliance teams to ensure that machine approval catalogues are current and assist with maintaining currency of manuals

· Facilitate with the Purchasing Team to ensure suppliers submit the completion of relevant certifications as required for material/parts and components

Assist with Quality System certification, education and implementation

· Plans, implements and improves manufacturing technology / process within Plant

· Process Planning and Optimization

· Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development and operational projects

· Ensures, supports and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

· Compile and complete production and technology related documents

· Process & Tools Improvement

· Cooperates with divisional engineering team for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes 

· Prepare and provide training program for sales and production teams

· Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products

· Improves process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic, support continuous improvement activity in plantsto improve quality and improve efficiency and reduce downtime

· Clarifies customer requirement in responsible product

· Engineering benchmarking

· Initiates resolution of key technical issues

Improves Manufacturing Engineering’s competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

· Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business qualification.

· Professional skills with Windows, Office, Solid works, Pro E, and CAD 

Fluent English

· Minimum 5 years working as a supervisor in a mechanical trade background, preferably heavy machinery

Previous experience and a high level of understanding of quality management systems including ISO9001

· Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project

· ERP

· Negotiation Skills

酷格矿业机械制造（青岛）有限公司作为酷格矿业集团在中国的全资子公司， 成立于2016年，中国总部在山东青岛。同时在江苏南通有分公司和生产制造基地，有6000平米的厂房，生产的产品都与澳大利亚保持同等质量，达到国际一流的标准。主要的业务包括生产和制造煤炭井工特种车辆如支架搬运车、多功能车、支架拆装机、发电机和钻机等产品。同时在南通的工厂有大型的配件仓储，服务于中国的客户。
