• Manage contract, set-up new customer in salesforce system, responsible for contract check, renew and filing; responsible for price, credit limit entry and overrides

• Coordinate in rebate/service fee calculation/SFDC application, etc.

• Support on create new vendor

• Coordinate & Collect customer investigation or questionnaire feedback

• Responsible for weekly & monthly report collection, monthly accrual for rebate & service fee

• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Key Job Requirements:                                                                   

• 1-3 years’ experience or above

• Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus are required

• Good communication skill with cross functional department and third-party vendor

• Ability to priorities and organize multiple requests and tasks

• Knowledge of office systems and equipment, computer skills, utilizing word, email, excel and PPT

• Willing to tackle new tasks and eager to learn and help others
