职责描述：

1. Base on the sales forecast and orders to calculate the trad parts requirements for materials continuously

根据销售预测和订单，持续计算原材料的常规零件需求

2.Considering parts inventory, release regular forecast/firm order and emergency order, etc. to suppliers to meet customer’s requirements.

考虑备件库存情况，定期向供应商下达预测/确定订单和紧急订单等，以满足客户的需求

3.Follow up open orders status, getting commitment from suppliers for requested delivery.

跟踪订单状态，获得供应商的交货承诺。

4.Quickly reflecting and solving the emergency case, hold the suppliers accountable for their performance.

快速反映和解决突发事件，对供应商的表现负责。

5.Inventory management and analysis, control the inventory at a reasonable level.

库存管理与分析，将库存控制在合理的水平。

6. Maintain and update regularly data in ERP.

维护和更新ERP中的数据。

7.Responsible for material risk assessment in order to avoid shortage.

负责物料风险评估以避免物料短缺

8. Join continuous improvement project for whole department, keep close communication with other teams in company.

参与整个部门的持续改进项目，与公司其他团队保持密切沟通。

9.Finish various duties assigned by manager.

完成经理安排的各项工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's Degree.

本科学历

2. 5 years professional experience of material planning function in multinational companies.

5年跨国公司物料计划经验

3. Good business communication skill in English.

良好的英语商务沟通能力

4. Excellence in MS office, especially Excel.

能熟练使用MS office，尤其擅长Excel

5. Proficient in ERP system, SAP or Citrix environment.

精通ERP系统，SAP或Citrix环境。

6. Good learning and analytic skill.

良好的学习和分析能力。

7. Able to work under pressure.
