职位使命：
作为客户顾问，您将成为品牌的大使，确保每个客户都能按照路易威登的承诺被服务。您将努力了解客户和发掘他们的每一个需求，并引导他们进入路易威登的品牌世界。为了实现个人和团队的目标，你将积极主动地服务你的每一位客户。
岗位职责：
l 通过电话、邮件或在线沟通等多种方式提供高品质的客户服务
l 达成公司规定的各项指标（例如：电话接听率、服务品质及工作效率等）
l 推动和实现个人和团队目标，包括销售目标
l 利用不同Clienteling工具，与客户建立长期的关系，为客户提供关于品牌和所有产品类别的建议
任职要求：
l 全日制本科或以上学历应届毕业生
l 具备主动地销售意识和服务技巧
l 普通话标准，具备基本的英语书面和口头沟通能力
l 有一定的时尚嗅觉
l 良好的团队合作精神，有商业敏锐度，能承受一定的工作压力
工作时间:
排班制，每天10:00-19:00或11:00-20:00
周末及节假日轮休，法定节假日三倍工资
工作地点：
静安区南京西路1266号恒隆广场41F
