l  Supervise finance staff to complete accurate, timely financial statements which meet the corporate reporting requirement and comply with legal, regulatory and PRC/US GAAP.

l  Prepare weekly cash forecast in the treasury function in order to maximize the usage of company financial resources.

l  Acts as site accounting system key user, provides accounting processes and guidelines, leads internal control activities to ensure compliance.

l  Monitor ongoing compliance with finance policies and control procedures.

l  Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget, long term financial plans and forecast.

l  Work with audit firm to finish yearly statutory audit & tax return.

l  Work with site operations / functions, identify and address opportunities and provide efficient and effective solution from accounting/financial/control perspective.

l  Assist finance leader to liaise with local government authorities for various activities as needed.

l  Other Ad hoc assignment.
