Main Responsibility:

1. Parts Production process optimization

2. Tools/moulds improvement and optimization

3. Define manufacturing methods for new designs

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years working experience in tooling/machining engineering, designing or maintaining progressive tools/moulds, CNC machine tools (lathes, drilling, milling, grinding, saw, press)

2. If Technical degree, with at least 8 years in the metal mechanic/manufacturing industry.

3. Advance knowledge in machining materials: steel, aluminum, copper, plastics.

4. High skills to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and similar.

5. English level: good English in reading and writing.

6. Familiar with Auto-CAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

7. Logical thinking, problem solving skills, team working skills, lean manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on.

8. Flexibility to occasionally work hours outside normal working hours to support production needs.

9. Effective communication and good leadership skill, with a can-do attitude.
