1. Collect Business trip reports and mobile fee reimbursement documents to check if it is correspond with company policy.

  

收集员工出差报告和其他费用报告，检查其费用是否符合公司规定;

  

 

  

2. Apply payments in budget system, tracing payment approvals and deal with payment request.

  

在预算系统里申请付款，跟踪付款审批，及时处理付款请求

  

 

  

3. Upload payment files in bank system and reconcile with accounts and budget system.

  

付款上传网银并对账,保持银行和帐面及预算系统余额无差异;

  

 

    

4. Prepare vouchers, print vouchers and file every month

  

制作凭证，打印及装订凭证;

  

 

  

5. Inspection reports: collecting, printing, checking, keying in Ufida and Excel IR list, creating commercial invoices

  

收集、打印、检查、输入检验报告，并开具商业发票

  

 

  

6. Creating and print related reports and Creating various commercial invoices

  

制作打印相关报告及开具各种形式发票

  

 

  

7. Collect cash for sample sales twice a year

Requirements:

  

要求

  

 

  

1. Honesty, team worker, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, willing to learn

  

诚实、团队合作精神，富有责任心、具有良好的沟通能力，有较强的学习意愿

  

 

  

2. Basic command of written and oral English

  

基础英语书面及口语交流能力

  

 

  

3. Familiar with Office software, such as word, excel

4. college degree or University degree, major in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred

  

大专或本科学历，财务、会计、经济等相关专业优先考虑

  

 

  

5. one year related working experience is preferred, graduating student is also welcome
