o Drives channel segmentation
o Drives consistent channel strategy and in store/ shopper marketing activities
o Supports channel offer optimization
o Collaborates with marketing, sales and channel/account management to define and deliver tools and programs that are effective, sustainable, scalable and measurable.
o Leads partner-related launch efforts for products, services and platforms.
o Responsible for commercial policy in the respective market and strengthening channel margins

FINANCIAL
o Manages revenues, promotion budget, and ROI
o Develops metrics, forecasts, analyzes, and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return by account. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.
？Customer
o Designs Channel activities and programs focused on Channel market needs
o Defines operating principles and rules of engagement with customers
o Drive market penetration and coverage, and deliver tools and programs, incl. store and ST/ SO effectiveness enhancement
？People
o Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility.
o Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture in the channel sales teams.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in business or marketing related preferred.
2. Over 10 years' working experience in channel marketing, trade marcom for China market.
3. MNC background and experienced in trade channels preferred.
4. Result driven, people person, 100% market driven, with strong hands-on spirit, leadership and entrepreneurship (dare to try).
5. Good in English communication (written, and speaking).
