Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for updating company level 5S roadmap

2.      Organize 5S promotion activities and deliver a respectful and productive working environment

3.      Be the expert in SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die)  and Lead Company “Quick Change-Over” Journey

4.      Improve the way we manage shop floor improvement activities and organize coaching sessions

5.      Organize and schedule Company GEMBA walks and provide methods to other levels

6.      Install TPM Methods and Tools based on business needs

7.      Provide lean methods, tools, consulting to Improvement Projects

Qualification:

1.      Bachelor degree or above

2.      At least have been involved in TPM/WCM program or be familiar with Planned Maintenance module

3.      Minimum 3 years working experience in either of mentioned areas – Shop Floor Management or 5S promotion, Lean Implementation, Project Management, Business Transformation Program

4.      Target orientated

5.      Have proven success stories in leading an area lean transformation

6.      Have developed a structured way to organize activities or communicate changes

7.      Have independent understanding in Lean Principles, Methods and Tools

8.      Good oral and written English and can be an important team player when join international project teams
