Main responsibilities：

·Responsible for certain indirect spend purchasing of MCI Qingdao plant.

·Skilled stakeholder management to support operation.

·Close collaboration with rest of Maersk/MCI category management.

·Strictly follow standards and compliance to Improve category performance.

·Support digital transformation initiatives.

·Fulfilment of ad-hoc tasks assigned management.

任职资格：

 Qualifications：

 We are looking for a candidate with

·Min. bachelor’s degree, preferable in business related principles.

·Working experience in multinational companies and/or in Procurement function is desirable.

·Qualification in CIPS/CPSM is a plus.

·Experience with indirect spend with hands-on experience on daily operation.

·Experience within Procurement, SRM & Process Transformation.

·Proven analytical skills, methodical, structured, and affinity for details and quality.

·Proactive, diligent, willing to take ownership while result-oriented and sensitive to timeline.

·Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills, including interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural differences.

·Have a customer and process improvement mindset.

·Ambassador of company values and leadership behaviors in a visible manner.

·Excellent at English speaking and writing.
