Purpose of the Job

Develop projects and conduct technical studies on the performance and optimization of production processes for DD. Support production on solving process related problems.

Your Role

• Establishment and maintenance of process

1. Ensure optimization and improving the quality of processes, products and production services through the development of specific projects at each stage of production, studies of reduction of complexity of the processes involved , technical studies and application of new technologies in accordance with the goals established by Management .
2. Establish proper  DD process control system, define and optimize the content, frequency, and method of process control system, assure the stability of product quality.
3. Direct and conduct studies by analyzing the composition of costs, according to the company's guidelines for cost optimization.
4. Establish NPD product development in systematic way

• Process projects: Organize, implement and accomplishment of process project
• Equipment:

1. Manage process parts (e.g tooling) and define its characteristics. & propose and implement equipment improvements with the goal to enhance quality and productivity.
2. And lead equipment related improvement plans, with support from other brother company ( BTEC/BARDEC and BENG and maintenance department
3. Support on startup a new equipment, defining routing process supporting on training operation.

• Quality：# of repeat occurrence of process and quality issues in production; breakthrough of solution to chronic problem; cooperation with other department for internal and external customer complaints solution.
• Learning and Training

Your Profile

• Engineering/Bachelor of science or above, mechanical, materials, mechanical engineering or similar discipline;
• Good command of English;
• Good computer skills and familiar with General Office software, good at data analysis.
• Good communication skills;
• Good organization skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn new things
