Job Responsibilities工作职责:

C&B:

• Payroll counting, C&B related payment and report, C&B Forecast and monthly budget, annual budget accurately
• Employee attendance system management, annual leave record, summary and statistic.
• Labor annual audit process following.
•   HR data including Name List, People Asia, transfer and contract information update, employee archive management, etc.
•   Deal with employment, social insurance, housing fund & follow up related process and operation base on regulation of labor bureau.
• Deal with commercial insurance, industrial injury coordination with EHS & outsourcing company
• Outsourcing people management, including on board and leave name list change, social insurance, housing fund confirmation
• Monthly bonus\ Quarterly bonus data collection
• Monthly OT report and analysis
• Employee exit procedure management, termination compensation calculate and follow up.

  

Recruiting and staffing:

  

• Make use of the efficient channels to search qualified candidates, mainly for technician and below position.

• CV sourcing and coordinate interview of technician and below level, including technician/operator’s interview and evaluate the interview result.

• New employee physical check coordination.

• PA system maintenance and related report. HR data update, employee archive management,

• Labor annual audit process support.

• Employees staffing management and improvement, including new employee registering procedure, probation follow up, etc.

• Maintain Organization Chart and Turn over report by month

• HR data including Name List ,People Asia, transfer and contract information update, employee archive

• management, etc.

  Training:

                    

• Set up Skill & Training matrix, make training needs analysis, plan and follow up, ensure the qualification of

     people on the job.

• Responsible for training plan coordination and follow up

• Coordinate glass school training & SU Training & E-learning & MKT2

• Training Reports & records update

• Multi skill system and Skill Matrix set up and project implementation, and performance review

            

• Tutor system set up ,and quarterly reward

• Appraise and select the most outstanding for quarterly best employee

• HR project support and implementation.

• Follow Sekurit China rules to organize and adapt local communication activities, act as a bridge between employee & the business to enhance two-way communication.

• Company activity arrangement: Annual Party \ Family day \ Anniversary celebration \ Birthday party \ Women club \ We Chat .
