What you’ll do

• Responsible for leading and developing product offering - identify growth opportunity and business challenges; understand market trend, industry movement and technology roadmap
• Drive Value Proposition Creation, topline growth and profitability improvement for the responsible product category through innovation and product launch roadmap as well as portfolio healthiness: develop and validate value proposition to address customer needs and upsell Signify values; bring health financial returns with the investment; align roadmaps with CSM and across the markets/channels to maximize the ROI; maintain program and portfolio healthiness for responsible category
• Develop competence required to enable the category growth: VOC, VPH, NPDL, MIP, Data, Digital, ...
• Work with cross-functional disciplines and lead the team to deliver beyond customer's expectation: Lead GPRM/roadmap process; key members of NPI/NPDL project with cross functional team to drive roadmap and PIPO; key member for customer pitch and tenders together with CSM and commercial team; key partner for innovation together with R&D, research, S&R and Design.

What you’ll need

• With relevant experience in product management. Lighting products related experience preferred. Consumer based product management experience is a plus.
• Good communication between different stakeholders.
• Great team spirit and ability to work with a global team set up.
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
