Primary Responsibilities:

·       Implement and optimize credit control policy and establish systematic credit risk and profitability assessment

·       Daily credit assessment and release with close collaboration with commercial team

·       Prepare weekly/monthly collection forecast and trace the collection

·       Monthly bad debt forecast and work with commercial team for recovery plan

·       Independent management of high risk & overdue customers and situations by taking risk mitigation action proactively to prevent bad debt

·       Collaborate with accounting, customer service, commercial team to investigate the aged items

·       Periodically review customer credit risk and optimize the process and procedure

·       Annual review of credit customer and update credit limits / term

·       Fulfill monthly credit KPI with low level of overdue, bad debt and DSO.

·       Support SAP GL role

 

Primary Requirements:

·       Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field

·       2 – 3 years or above related working experience; fundamental knowledge of credit risk analysis and AR

·       Sound analytical skills and abilities to abstract

·       Strong negotiating and communication skills

·       Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

·       Working under pressure and team work spirit

·       Pro-active and self-motivated

·       Skillful in SAP and Microsoft office, SAP GL experience is a plus.
