工作职责:

1.进行科学实验并将技术应用于商业实践，支持基快富各领域业务的发展

2.保持良好的实验室记录，提供报告或演示

3.为跨职能部门和客户提供技术援助，协助产品展示

4.为业务开发新产品，并协助工厂和质量部门在工艺和流程上提供技术支持

5.管理产品应用中新原料的评估

6.参与感官评估，产品上线试验和头脑风暴

7.监督和指导其他团队成员，管理和培训下属

8.负责配方安全性和实验室管理

9.其它上级主管或高级管理人员安排的工作任务等

任职资格:

1.食品科学或化学专业本科以上学历

2.至少3年以上的食品研发工作经验

3.良好的英语读写，交流能力

4.良好的计算机技能

5.具有良好的商业意识，并能够在项目管理中与客户有效沟通

6.良好的自我激励和时间安排
