Key Tasks:
 General Concept Design in 3D
 Finalize the design element and sub-module in both CAD and ERP system
 Find solutions to improve or fix issue on our existing machines
 Redesign some functions in order to improve cost control and / or performance
 Treat Non Conformity Report without validation of technical manager
 Design specific solution for some customer who want a customization of their machine  From time to time replace obsolete standards

Key Responsibilities
 Respect all company and department rules.
 Respect deadline for all tasks received and immediately report any delay as soon as foreseen.  Respect hours received for all task received and immediately report any issue as soon as foreseen.
 Responsible for the deadline and working hour for each task
 Responsible for  the quality of technical documents (In SAP and R&D share folder)
 Responsible for organize design reviews with global and cross function teams
 Ensure efficient communication with Swiss Engineer
 Responsible for the design drawing to meet Bobst standard
 Responsible for really finish assign task/job and more Individual initiative
Responsible for find solution for each task (at least advice )
 Responsible for make decision of NCR and assume consequences in case of questions   Drawing up and preparing design drawings, technical documents and/or patent documents;   Preparing Chinese or English translations of documents. 
 
Key Skills and Personal Attributes  
Functional skills:
 Excellent knowledge about mechanical design and best intern practice in Western company
 An affinity with the "world of industrial machines"
 Knowledge of software like Catia V5 (or Solidworks) and SAP
 Good meeting organization and technical presentation skills
 Fluency in Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word)
 Fluent in English, French is an advantage
 Capacity to adapt to a difference cultural environment (behaviour, language, non-verbal communication)

 Good communication skills, extrovert and independent
 Proactive work style, reliable and accountable;
 Team builder and player, acting with transparency and openness;
 Strong ability to follow multi-tasks in parallel

Education and Experience:
 Bachelor or Master degree in  Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
