岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

? Manage the whole process of Procurement to Pay, ensure timely supply of required materials for UFH hospitals.
? ERP and IMCS system management and maintenance, work with IT department to provide support to the whole team on daily operation, including system setting up, application training, problem fixing
? Central platform inventory planning and allocation to each hospital
? Improve inventory turnover and reduce waste, optimize customer service
? Hospitals supply chain performance reporting and evaluation, communication with each function and facilities, improvement follow up
? Regular UFH base price checking and reporting
? Cross function coordination to improve working efficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

? Good language skills in English & Chinese
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Software,
? Knowledge of supply chain management is must
? Good at systematic analyzing, planning, organizing and executing
? Good leadership and people management skill
? Good communication skill

Qualifications:

? Over 10 years working experience, 3+ years people management
? Working experience in multinational company,
? Medical/healthcare industry experience is preferred.
? Strong mathematical and logical capability, data and workflow sensitive.
? Strong sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude
? Experienced on the emergency case response as well as handling
? Mindset for innovation and optimization

Education and Experience:

? Bachelor Degree or above
? Experienced in Purchasing management
? Experienced in ERP system management
