Summary:

• To work with marketing and OEM sales team, explore new opportunities, provide technical support to relevant functions like quality, after-sale service and factory, to grow OEM business.  
• To be expert of OEM products, well-learn the product characteristics, product process, application features, and installation.
• Go to market to see customer to define application, provide sample pump and define technical spec. with customer, implement sample pump testing and follow up result.
• To capture market opportunities or customer’s paint point, convert it into technical input for new product development.
• Participant quality issue solving, provide technical solution, working together with after-sales and quality dept. to continuously improve product quality.
• Work together with Sourcing and SQA to maintain or improving key components supplier’s quality level, support new supplier’s exploring or development.
• To be a project leader for new product development, which is served for OEM market.
• Tobe a project leader for VAVE cost down or quality improvement project for OEM products
• Other temporary jobs or projects assigned by RDE Director per business target

Job Scope: 

• Cooperate with marketing and operation teams to implement projects.
• Make project budget and plan, Keep them under control.
• With product development processes, lead and manage projects.
• Assisting engineers, analysis and solve problems while project implementation in time, including design, documentation, prototyping, and communication with other teams.
• Find out process problems and improve in time.
• Maintain strong technical team and resource.
• Apply NPD in project management process skillfully.
• Coordinate with plant functional department.
• Skilled in the project management tools, for instance PWA, Global Vault. 
• New products development and existing products improvement

• As tech expert in RDE, review and give tech guidance/comments on project designs, solutions ( pumps and systems) , and assessments.  Responsible for design quality.

• Assist junior engineers to analyze and solve problems ( design, manufacturing, assembling and testing).  

• Familiar with product development processes, design tools, and project management. 

• Design complex machine components and/or systems using standard design procedures.

• Conduct component and/or system analysis using computer simulation and/or laboratory testing.

• Provide Gate Deliverables and recommend future actions for the specific aspects of VBPD process.

• Direct, reviews and approves product designs and changes.

• Evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required.

• Manage specific aspects of larger development projects.

• Design complex laboratory experiments and supervise others in conducting tests

• Participate as technical representative on interdepartmental teams (e.g. – Black Belt projects, Pro/E Users’ Group, etc.).

• Deliver D FEMA / PFEMA Reports of new products 

Qualifications:

• Rich working experience for SS multistage pump, end suction pump, double suction pump, etc.
• BS Degree in related Engineering major.
• 10 years technical design and 3 year as project leader.
• Knowledge of Creo 3D/2D , Office and others.
• Knowledge of quality control and ISO9000
• Knowledge of international & industry standards
• Good English language skills
•  Strong leadership abilities and work actively.
• Internal and external customer focused.
