1.  Tasks and Responsibilities

•  Responsible for the tooling/mold design of infrastruture products.
•  Responsible for the quotation of the tooling/mold.
•  Respnosible for management of tooling/mold.

•  Responsible for coordicating relevant personnel to solve on-site issue of tooling/mold.
•  Learn existing manufacturing processes, become expert of toolings for specific processing steps, aiming for continuous improvement, such as:

1.   Support manufacturing with daily operational problems through hands-on troubleshooting and process improvements.
2. Propose, implement, and document improvements to existing tooling/mold for cost saving, quality improving and/or efficiency improving of manufacturing.
3.  Identify new processing tooling that can be used to improved existing capabilities. 

• Bachelors degree or above, in Mechanical Engineering, or polymer / rubber engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design in related industry.
•  Working experience in rubber factory is preferred.

3.  Competencies

•  Proficient in 3D/2D drawing preferably using Solidworks, and drawing management. 
•  Proficient in mechanical design

1.  Familiar with the performance of common steel material and non-metallic material, and have the ability to select right material.
2. Familiar with the common machining process, have the ability to select the right machining method in the design.
3. Have the ability to make the strength calculation and simulation of mechanical structure.
4. Familiar with the common mechanical standard parts, and have the ability to select
5. Have the habit and ability to document the solutions correctly.

• High problem solving capability and communication skills.

1. Recognize the methods and skills of solving problems, and organize relevant personnel and/or suppliers to implement solutions.
2. Have the ability to describe solutions to others in a way that is easy to accept and understand.

• Oral and written communication skills in English.

公司现有产品范围：橡胶护舷（实心护舷、充气护舷）、挖泥管等橡胶基建产品、橡胶起重垫、特殊膨胀接头、隧道桥梁密封产品、橡胶防腐衬里系统，以及靠泊辅助电子导航装置。
