In this role, you have the opportunity to
- develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy；
- work with the Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches
- Also support and coach the Solution Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

You are responsible for
- Supporting ShineFly marketing manager in creating ShineFly Marketing for the Market by providing Business specific Customer Insights
- Supporting to provide Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
- Supporting the performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services
- Supporting win/loss analysis
- Supporting to create localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations.
- Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
- Support leader of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects

You are a part of
Philips Strategic Partner Team to develop the promising and prospect business for Philips Health Systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Teamwork ability (utilize resources to achieve goals).
- Excellent sales ability and product understanding.
- keen business mind, sensitive to market dynamics, good strategic thinking ability
- Good communication skills
