Targets:      

Expand Chinese R&D activities for high-pressure washer design. Develop the local R&D engineers and establish local R&D loops during the industrialization phase

Responsibilities:

1.      Implement a successful and sustainable contribution of the Chinese design team to the global R&D program for High pressure washers during the industrialization phase and for changes in mass production

2.      Develop the R&D competencies of the team to the level of our German R&D

3.      Lead the team (5 people)

Requirements:

1.      Background in mechanical engineering or similar

2.      >=5 years work experience in R&D, of which several years in mechanical design

3.      First experiences in a leadership position

4.      Intercultural sensitivity/understanding

5.      Good communication in English, both spoken and written.
