1.  Responsible to perform the rigging operation following the procedures of company and clients.

2. Direct load out of completed structures as well as other critical operations.

3. Maintains a knowledge of sliding and lifting equipment

4. Lead to carry out all daily operational rigging activities

5. Lead to carry out the maintenance of rigging equipment and materials which have been allocated to the department

6. Prepare TRA prior to work commencement

7. Ensures employees under supervision charge to correct Job Number.

8. Establish and adjust work procedures for rigging, and communicate with clients for the procedure publishing.

9. Responsible for reporting to the rigging supervisor in reporting system.

10. Get and renew the equipments’ certifications according to the local regulations

11. Responsible for the critical lifting equipment rental, save the rental based on safe operations.

12. Responsible for the rigging related activities training, such as crane operators, riggers and inspectors. All the rigging team members shall be involved, include home own members and sublets members.

13. Requisitions supplies for the department

Know the local regulations requirements about rigging. Understand the international rigging specs; An English skill is a bonus point. Understand the lifting drawings from engineering department; Familiar with lifting equipment and lifting gears selection and inspection. Team work attitude; Good communicating and interpersonal skills; Responsible and able to delegate and motivate;   8 years rigging experience with 3 years of supervisory role.   High School Diploma Rigger certificate.
