Job Descriptions: 

    

·         Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory, warehouse and operation management 

    

·         To formulate and implement company projects and standard to achieve KPI 

    

·         Oversee & support the warehouse operation in alignment with internal policy and client’s request 

    

·         Work closely with the warehouse team in processing warehouse daily tasks  

    

·         Streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness 

    

·         Responsible for administrative tasks for the department which including invoicing, equipment maintenance and material vendor management 

    

·         Coordinate with internal and external customers to maintain a smooth operation and effective communications 

    

·         Support any new project implementation and existing project enhancement 

    

·         Human resources planning, staff performance review and competency development 

    

·         Coordinate with vendors or sub-contractors to maintain a smooth operation and effective communications 

    

·         Source and monitor the services provided by vendors or sub-contractors  

    

·         Prepare reports and data analyses for management review 

    

·         Review operations workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving continuously

    

·         Explore new business opportunities and convert these opportunities into new clients

    

·         Support sales and commercial related activities   

    

·         Support any special duties as assigned by the management
 

    

?Requirements: 

    

·         Tertiary educated in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines  

    

·         Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in managerial level.  

    

·         Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese  

    

·         Ability to make sound judgments and decisions be able work under pressure and handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility  

    

·         Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills 

    

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills & WMS knowledge
