Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks：

1.Assist in suppliers and contract management:

2.To Flight/Train booking, hotel booking for staff or visitors；

3.To Assist in office setup, company registration, and licensing.

4.To Assist in organizing team building, activities, annual events

5.To monitor the out-sourced office cleaning work；Office supplies procurement

6.To Assist Engage management to regulate administration

7.Other tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

Special Knowledge:

1.Bachelor degree or above major in administrative management, procurement, logistics, English, etc.

2.Computer basic knowledge, MS Office.

3.Good Interpersonal and communication skills, Initiative and passion.

4.Fluent English in written.

5.the internship is for at least 6 months

实习期间工作内容：

1 供应商申请、更新、审核等、供应商合同管理

2.机票酒店预订等差旅管理

3 分公司证照年审办理，办公室选址装修协助工作

4 员工活动例如生日会、下午茶、旅游等活动的组织、支持等工作

5 办公环境日常维护等支持工作，办公设备、绿植、保洁等供应商监督管理，办公用品采购等

6 年会等大型活动的支持工作

7 其他行政相关工作

任职要求：

1 行政管理、采购、物流、英语等专业的2021届本科及以上学历应届毕业生，

2 电脑操作熟练，熟悉word，excel等基本办公软件，能适应电子化办公环境

3 性格开朗，良好的沟通、协调和组织能力，能适应团队工作协助

4 良好的英语水平，能熟练使用英语邮件往来

5 每周实习4天，可以实习至少6个月
