2， 与操作部门配合，解决客户数据类的各种问题；

3， 熟用Microsoft Office软件汇总输出客户资料和报告；

4， 维护新老客户的客户关系，提高客户满意度；

任职要求：

1， 大专/本科在校生；

2， 英语读、写、听能力良好；

2，有客服/外贸实习工作经验者优先，物流/外贸专业者优先；

3，熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件（Excel/PowerPoint）；

3，较好的沟通和表达能力，具备团队合作精神；
