1、Develops braking manufacturing objectives consistent with sales and inventory requirements, achieve the targets including: Headcount, OEE, Scrap rate & amount, PPMH (Pieces per man hour), 5S, CIS ect.

根据销售和库存要求制定并达成生产目标，包括人数、达成率、净效率、报废率及数量、每小时人力成本、5S和CIS等.

2、Monitor production program;Plan and carry out staff efficiency improvement.

负责监督生产过程；负责制定和实施提高生产效率计划；

3、Responsible for safe production, lean production, VAVE and 5s on the worksite.

负责生产安全，精益生产，VEVA及生产车间5S管理；

4、Take over, update and maintain process document and engineering fixture,include tooling, fixture, wrapping machine, tools, work table etc.;

接收、更新和维护工艺文件和工装设备，包括模具，工装，包边机，工具，工作台等。

5、Pre-control production qualify.Abnormal production information analysis.

负责控制产品质量， 不良品原因分析；

7、Deal with abnormal problem.

负责处理突发的异常问题；

8、Take charge of staff performance review and set up targets of annual assessment indicators.

负责员工绩效评估，设定年度考核指标；

9、Coordinate with all the department.

部门间沟通协作；

10、To be responsible for department physical inventory, managing production inventory monthly, make sure material deviation in group target.

负责生产部的物料盘点，确保材料差异达到集团目标；

10、Other works from GM.

总经理交给的其他任务。
