Responsible for payroll processing, annual salary adjustment and bonus, tax deduction affair, draft memo for C&B, etc.

Solve system bug and system optimization configuration, as well as audit SAP information for company monthly.

Responsible for welfare relevant, e.g. festival welfares, annual health check, commercial insurance.

Responsible for policy and announcement draft, and provide policy consulting service for company.

Responsible for leaving interview with left employees.

Labor contract renewal, audit and draft.

Responsible for labor dispute issues with lawyer.

Draft and audit regular report for several function, including salary, attendance records, headcount, on-board and leaving, HC plan and budget, survey (cooperate with Aon.) .

Other tasks required by line manager.


任职要求：


·Bachelor degree.

·Fluent English in oral and written.

·Familiar with MS Office, SAP and EHR system.

·Good knowledge about policy and labor law.

·8 years‘working experience

·Good communication skills and analytical abilities.

·High sense of responsibility and loyalty.

·Resilient, creative in finding solutions and self-motivated.

·Able to work independently and under pressure.
