岗位职责：

执行公司安全管理、绿色生产的战略决策，制定和实行科学、完善的安全管理机制，理顺管理流程，明确各级安全消防管理职责，保护职工生命和公司财产安全，实现任职公司“低碳、绿色、高效、环保”的理念定位。具体职责如下：

1、对任职公司的安全管理负全责，认真贯彻实施公司安全生产指令，建立内部责任制，确保安全消防与其他生产运营工作统一、组织协调，实现安全、高效生产。

2、不断完善安全环保、职业健康管理体系、应急管理体系，完善三级安全管理职能，加强公司安全、消防、治安管理制度建设，建立有效的机制、政策、制度和标准，推进各级安全管理责任制，为公司正常生产运行保驾护航。

3、负责贯彻落实安委会下达的各项工作任务，重点落实、评价各车间安全生产检查、职工培训教育，确保职工三级培训及安全检查覆盖率达100%，并对各种管理制度的全面性和有效性进行评审。

4、杜绝重大安全、设备、质量事故发生，不得发生六级及以上伤残安全事故和直接经济损失3万元以上设备、质量、火险事故。

5、加强内部团队建设，组织安排员工学习、培训，建立学习型组织，不断提高一线员工操作水平，稳定员工队伍，降低员工流失率。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，中级及以上职称，环境工程、安全管理等相关专业。

2、10年以上安全管理工作经验，至少5年以上安全管理工作经验，同行业生产制造企业8年及以上工作经验。

3、具备较强的全局视野及发展思维，能够保持敏锐的头脑，细致扎实的推进各项安全环保工作。

4、熟悉安全环保和职业健康等体系，对大型工业制造企业的安全环保有系统先进的管理理念和举措。
