Job Description:
- Technical administrator for hardware, operation systems, network management, desktop support and website technical support. Includes installation, configuration, testing of hardware and software components; ensures integrity and reliability of systems through security safeguards, upgrades and patches.
- Monitors systems for optimal performance and load balanceing in a networked environment.
- Knowledgeable on supported protocols and security issues.
- Technical implementation of website.
Requirements:
- Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP(LAMP) website programming. Drupal is a plus.
- Exposure to a variety of scripting and programming languages.
- Must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner among varying levels in the organization.
- Has thorough knowledge, skills and abilities associated with identifying systems-related issues and actions needed to improve or correct performance.
- Has knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs.
- Has skills associated with adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- CET-4 Required. Fluent written communication and unusual verbal agility in English are strong assets.
- BS/MS in Computer Science preferred with strong academic record.
