主要职责Major responsibilities

1 全面负责销售部门日常管理工作。

Overall responsible for sales department daily work.

2 协助总经理完成年度销售计划。

Assist Country manager to complete annual sales plan.

3 协调技术、采购等业务部门做好项目前期的技术交流、商务报价、合同谈判等工作，以促使项目订单的获取。

Assist technical and material department to do the pre-project technology exchange, commercial quotation and contract negotiation to push obtain the orders.

4 广泛收集、及时反馈第一手的市场信息，为公司的决策提供依据。

Extensively collect and timely feedback the first hand market information to help company make true decision.

5 负责进行客户关系的管理。

Responsible for maintenance relationship with customers.

6 及时跟踪并落实客户对新产品的需求。

Tracking and confirming customers’ requirement about new products.

7 负责新客户的开发及市场的开拓。

Responsible for developing new customers and market

岗位资格和能力 Requirements &Skill

1.橡胶工程或化学工程大专及以上。

major in rubber engineering or chemical engineering.

2.英语口语流利，良好的听、说、读、写能力。

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

3.熟练使用办公自动化软件

Familiar with office software.

4.良好的市场开拓能力和项目管理经验。

Good market developing ability and project management experience

5.橡胶基本知识。

With rubber knowledge

6.良好的团队合作精神，能够胜任高强度下的销售工作。

Good team working spirit, can work under strength pressure.

7.五年以上橡胶及化工行业的工作经验。

Minimum 5 years rubber or chemical industry work experience

8.具有较强的团队管控能力，部门协调能力，执行力及统筹能力

With strong team controlling ability, coordination ability, execution ability and ability to play as a whole.

9.熟悉大客户销售技巧及大客户的管理。

Familiar with sales skills and management of key accounts.

        自2008年12月起，原公司名称－海克斯康聚合材料（青岛）有限公司Hexagon Polymers Compounding Qingdao变更为海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司HEXPOL Compounding Qingdao.
        海克斯波聚合材料（HEXPOL）是总部位于瑞典的HEXPOL AB集团成员之一，是橡胶混炼领域的跨国公司。Hexpol目前在全球有40多家工厂，分别主要位于比利时、德国、瑞典、捷克、美国、加拿大、中国和墨西哥等国家，其中海克斯波（青岛）于2006年1月份注册成立，并于2007年3月15日正式投产。海克斯波聚合体的三大生产领域—混炼胶、塑胶轮子、热交换垫片均在青岛胶南设立独立运营的工厂，分别是：海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司、四达轮业（青岛）有限公司、吉斯拉维密封技术（青岛）有限公司。
海克斯波聚合材料(青岛)有限公司是由HEXPOL设立的独资企业,工厂位于青岛市黄岛区凤凰山路（原青岛中路899号，胶南临港工业区）。公司前期投资1500万美元,建设两条橡胶混炼生产线,主要设备从德国进口。公司现在有两条生产线，年产量高达两万吨。公司的目标是做成亚洲最好和最大的技术橡胶混炼以及服务供应商。
目前主要的混炼胶种为EPDM，SBR，NBR，HNBR，ACM, AEM, IIR, CR，CSM, CPE, ECO 和NR/IR等。主要客户领域为汽车行业如密封条,胶带,胶管;建筑行业;电缆；及水处理系统等。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao. So far we have 2 mixing lines for fully running and achived the capacity of over 20,000 tons per year.The goal of the company is to become the best provider of rubber compounds and related services in Asia.
With its high performance and very consistent quality, HEXPOL's compound is widely used in the most demanding and challenging applications in different industries. The line we are running in Qingdao is capable of mixing such polymers as EPDM, SBR, NBR, HBNR.
