岗位职责：Responsibility

1 负责制定市场&销售策略及计划，并管理、带领销售团队完成设定目标

Make marketing/sales strategy and plan, lead team to reach the sales target .
2 负责实施和指导配套客户的开发与维护工作，扩大市场份额

Implement and lead in establishing and maintaining good relationship with OEM customers, expand market share .
3 负责跟进和指导配件市场销售网络的建立与发展工作，扩大市场影响力

Follow up and lead in sales network establish and development in aftermarket, improve market share

4 负责月度、年度销售情况的统计、分析、预测等工作，适时根据市场情况，做出正确应对措施

Responsible for collection, analysis, forecast of monthly and yearly sales situation, able to take prompt suitable measures according to the market variance

5及时收集市场、行业需求及竞争信息；

Collect market, industry and competitor information timely.

6与国外同事进行沟通，商定及执行全球市场活动

Cooperate with colleagues in foreign companies to discuss and implement global marketing activities .

7通过有效的市场活动，提升品牌的知名度

Promote brand acknowledgement through effective marketing activities

岗位要求 Requirement

1 本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above
2 英语水平CET-6六级或以上，口语、书写流利，能独立承担与国外的沟通工作；

CET-6 or above, good in oral and writing English, able to communicate fluently with foreign colleagues .
3 五年以上制造行业销售管理经验，有工程背景者优先。

More than 5 years sales management experience in manufacturing companies, engineering background preferred .
4 有强烈的市场开拓意识及实现自我价值的欲望；

Strong sense of market development and self-value realization .
5 性格开朗，具有良好的沟通能力及商业谈判能力，较强的团队合作意识；

Open, good in communication and business negotiation , teamwork sense.

6诚实、努力、踏实、有责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力；

Reliable ,hard-working, able to bear the pressure in work.

        自2008年12月起，原公司名称－海克斯康聚合材料（青岛）有限公司Hexagon Polymers Compounding Qingdao变更为海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司HEXPOL Compounding Qingdao.
        海克斯波聚合材料（HEXPOL）是总部位于瑞典的HEXPOL AB集团成员之一，是橡胶混炼领域的跨国公司。Hexpol目前在全球有40多家工厂，分别主要位于比利时、德国、瑞典、捷克、美国、加拿大、中国和墨西哥等国家，其中海克斯波（青岛）于2006年1月份注册成立，并于2007年3月15日正式投产。海克斯波聚合体的三大生产领域—混炼胶、塑胶轮子、热交换垫片均在青岛胶南设立独立运营的工厂，分别是：海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司、四达轮业（青岛）有限公司、吉斯拉维密封技术（青岛）有限公司。
海克斯波聚合材料(青岛)有限公司是由HEXPOL设立的独资企业,工厂位于青岛市黄岛区凤凰山路（原青岛中路899号，胶南临港工业区）。公司前期投资1500万美元,建设两条橡胶混炼生产线,主要设备从德国进口。公司现在有两条生产线，年产量高达两万吨。公司的目标是做成亚洲最好和最大的技术橡胶混炼以及服务供应商。
目前主要的混炼胶种为EPDM，SBR，NBR，HNBR，ACM, AEM, IIR, CR，CSM, CPE, ECO 和NR/IR等。主要客户领域为汽车行业如密封条,胶带,胶管;建筑行业;电缆；及水处理系统等。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao. So far we have 2 mixing lines for fully running and achived the capacity of over 20,000 tons per year.The goal of the company is to become the best provider of rubber compounds and related services in Asia.
With its high performance and very consistent quality, HEXPOL's compound is widely used in the most demanding and challenging applications in different industries. The line we are running in Qingdao is capable of mixing such polymers as EPDM, SBR, NBR, HBNR. ACM, AEM, CR, CAM, CPE, and etc. Our mainly served industries include automotive, belt, hoses, construction, cable, and water proof.
