岗位描述/ JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 负责公司技术支持团队的组建、技术支持部门管理和人员的培训及工作安排，制定技术服务规范
Manager and support Technical Support team to fully understand and meet customer technical needs.
2.能够及时指导团队解决客户的技术问题；并通过定期客户拜访增加客户满意度。
Problem solving through either site visit or telephone; enhance customer satisfaction via customer visit periodically.
3.从技术层面促进备件的销售，并协助销售人员完成设备的验收工作
Boost spare parts sales and get the Final Acceptance Test together with sales team.
4.了解客户的技术需求，并结合需求提供合适的解决方案。
Understand customers’ technical requirements and provide reasonable solutions to meet those requirements.
5.与公司的销售人员密切配合,通过给客户提供系统的服务来提高市场竞争力.
Work closely with the sales team to win the market by providing system solutions to customers.

岗位要求/ Job Requirements:
1. 机械，电子相关专业本科毕业
University degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related subjects;
2. 8年以上工作经验，有包装设备和生产维修管理经验优先。
8 years working experience. Knowledge on packaging equipment and tools is surely a plus.
3. 较好的英语基础，读、写流利，能用英语沟通
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English;
4. 良好的团队合作精神和积极进取精神
High team spirit and commitment;
5.能承受工作压力，并根据工作需要出差
Highly self-motivated and good ability to withstand work pressure,and willing to travel if necessary.
