职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve company’s sales target and execute sales strategy in the area;
完成销售任务,贯彻执行公司的销售策略;
2. Develop and execute marketing development strategy, and enhance brand image in the area
因地制宜,开拓、实施所辖区域的市场发展计划,增强公司在区域市场的影响力;
3. Plan and control annual sales budget in the area;
所辖区域年度销售费用计划的制定及控制;
4. Prepare and control annual listing and merchandising plan
所辖区域年度铺货及陈列计划的制定、控管;
5. Develop and manage distributor to establish daily operation system;
发展与管理经销商,协助经销商建立市场运作体系;
6. Lead the whole team and in charge of sales team structure in related provinces;
领导和激励销售团队,负责销售人员的委派;
7. In charge of evaluation, training and coaching of the sales team in the area.
负责所辖区域内销售人员评估,培训及辅导培训。
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
大学本科以上学历;
2. 8+ work experience, 5+ years channel management experience in GT & MT in FMCG;
8年以上工作经验,5年以上快消品行业GT&MT的渠道管理经验
3. Familiar with overall business profile in Shandong Province: market performance, distributor, sales channel;
熟悉山东的市场、经销商和销售渠道;
4. Excellent communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skill;
优秀的沟通及协调、组织能力和解决问题的能力;
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skill;
良好的销售和谈判技巧;
6. Strong leadership & team management skill;
出色的团队领导能力;
7. Good oral and written English;
良好的英文能力;
