主要岗位职责：

1. 电力及自动化设备的维护

2. 设备文件的管理

3. 根据生产要求及设备状态改进设备，并确保操作者及设备的安全

4. 关于设备技术方面指导培训工人或下属

5. 协助生产部门建立新的生产线

6. 建立高效现代的设备管理体系

7. 可以根据需要延长工作时间

8. 支持协助5S，TPM等活动

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电力、自动化或相关领域专业

2. 熟悉PLC和Auto-CAD或其他相似软件

3. 至少三年机械制造或重工领域设备维护方面的经验

4. 英语熟练

5. 能承受大的工作压力

6. 较强的分析沟通能力

Major responsibilities:

1. Equipment preventive maintenance (electric & automatic) work plan, implementation and result confirmation and control.

2. Supervising equipment downtime, and repair wrok (electric & automatic) to reduce equipment downtime, ensure that all maintenance activities (electric & automatic)can be accomplished at the scheduled time and all spare parts (electric & automatic) are available.

3. Equipment document (electric & automatic) management.

4. Equipment improvement (electric & automatic) according to production requirement or equipemnt status and ensure the safety (electric & automatic) of the operators and equipments.

5. Directing and training to workers on equipment technology and train the subordinates in maintenance team (electric & automatic).

6. Maintenance performance (electric & automatic) and equipment fault analysis and report (electric & automatic).

7. To coordinate with production people to build up new assembly lines(electric & automatic).

8. To establish the efficiency & morden euipment management system (electric & automatic).

9. Provide technical assistance (electric & automatic) to manufacturing and engineering as required.

10. Work extended hours as needed for timely project completion.

11. Support and coordinate 5S, TPM etc. activities.

Education and experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electric & automatic or relevant field

2. Familiar with PLC and Auto-CAD or other similiar software

3. At last 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in machinery manufacturing or heavy industry manufacturing
