职位描述

Job Title: Sales Manager

Company: Vopak Logistics (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.

Location: Qingdao

Report to: Commercial Manager



Job Function:

·To secure company and customer's interest, carry out company's SHEQ policies, and deliver such policies to customer, customer representatives/agents or vendors through daily communications;

·To carry out Vopak Key Account Management and Customer Relationship Management program

·To conduct sales & marketing promotion for company

·To carry out market study on local tank terminal business

·To conduct regular visits or courtesy calls to customers, collect market information and customer feedback;

·To obtain information through customer inquiry and activate internal inquiry review procedure;

·To conduct commercial negotiations and quote to customer;

·To prepare relevant commercial related reports & documents periodically

·To assist in preparing annual budgeting plan for Commercial Dept

·To act as the information channel between customer and internal departments

·To coordinate with Customer Service Dept, improve the commercial process and enhance customer satisfaction

·To coordinate with all functional departments to secure the smoothness of business and operations

·To be actively contribute to Vopak China commercial activities

·To comply and promote the company SHEQ regulations and culture

·To carry out other works assigned by company



Job requirements:

Education and Experience:

·Minimum three years of working experience in petrochemical related industry

·Good presentation and communication skills.

·Good English communication skills, both in oral or written

·Proficient in using MS office applications

·Knowledge in petrochemical industry

·Experience with liquid petrochemical and logistics function is a plus

·Understanding of local liquid tank storage market is a plus
