某外资企业招聘生产经理：

1. Reponsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager

• Be responsible for all the activities of BU manufacturing department with total subordinates of 200;

• Leading, organizing, giving guidelines and training to the whole team to ensure the department is running in the right approach way;

• Set up KPI and do the assessment for each team member to have all the subordinates with a right approach of working;

• Production plan making according to the yearly/monthly budgets/orders on materials, machinery and labor requirements;

• Lean production and kaizen projects on continues improvements;

• Analyze and working together with engineering, quality and R&D department to give solutions for the current bottlenecks and weakness points on producing lines to ensure the OEE targets and to increasing of productivity;

• Ensure the whole production management and processes are respecting the quality system, such as ISO9001/TS16949. Make quality

• Control and improvement on production lines to ensure the ongoing of scrap decreasing; Ensure all the working instructions to be updated timely and to be respected in each working station;

• Working Shifts arrangement and overtime control activities to focus on labor cost reduction and to ensure the decreasing of inefficiency;

• Working together with R&D, Engineering and quality for New Product launching involved works related to machinery, working structure, labor, and quality control to respect the  schedule of new projects;

• Involve into the new producing lines making and participate the approval to ensure the lines arrived on time and running in good way of fulfill the specs of requirements;

• Make sure all the rules and regulations are implemented in the whole department;

• Cost reduction works related to Inefficiency, productivity and scraping;

• 5S/EHS management and implementation works;

 2. QUALIFICATIONS

  

• Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering. Master is preferred;

• Minimum of 10 years’ working experiences in production manufacturing management of MNC; automotive industry is highly preferred; Good knowledge of manufacturing on assembly and process control

• Be familiar with ISO/TS quality system;

• Knowledge of 6 sigma/LEAN/KAIZEN and to be implemented into daily works;

• · Experience with electromechanical products or electronic components.

• · Experience related to the appliance industry

• · Strong English language skills is a must

• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• · Excellent planning and organizational skills

• · Strong business acumen (P&L, understanding costs, strategy & business planning)

• · Analytical skills

• · Self-starter; able to work under a remote structure and a heavily matrix organization

• ·Ability to prioritize and delegate

• ·Demonstrated ability as a product line leader

• ·Demonstrated ability as problem solver in fast paced environment

• ·Effective presentation skills

• ·Ability to travel

• ·Proficiency with Microsoft Windows software (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
