岗位职责：

1. 项目前期，协助注塑工程师对模具的DFM进行评审，确认
2. 注塑模具到厂后，负责模具的试模并记录试模过程存在的问题，反馈给注塑工程师
3. 协助注塑工程师对问题进行分析，提供解决思路和对策
4. 协助注塑工程师编写相关工艺文件
5. 协助生产，维修对生产过程中注塑模具出现的问题进行解决处理
6. 隶属于样件团队，负责接头样件的生产工作（注塑+装配）
7. 协助样件团队，完成其他样件生产的相关工作

                                    

    

要求：

1. 机械/模具相关专业，专科及以上学历
2. 熟练操作注塑设备（海天单色注塑设备，阿博格双色注塑设备），能够独立完成注塑模具的试模工作
3. 熟悉注塑工艺相关知识（包括双色注塑），能够独立优化注塑工艺参数
4. 能看懂注塑件产品图纸（中英文版本）
5. 熟悉office软件的使用，编写文件，记录注塑问题并进行简单分析
6. 具有一定的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力
7. 踏实肯干，做事认真，仔细，用心
