Position Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders with high efficiency;
• Coordinate with different functions to fulfil sales order on time;
• Improve customer’s sales forecast accuracy to provide an accurate demand for internal production capacity planning and material supply;
• Initiate internal and external improvement activities to achieve cost saving for Stihl QD and customers;
• Fast response to the unexpected customer issues and deliver effective result with high quality to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Major in logistic or international trade is preferred;
• More than 3 years’ experience in export field, SAP experience will be a plus;
• Fluent in written and oral English;
• Strong communication and problem solving skills;
• Patient and careful;
• Strong teamwork player
