Primary Functions (or Position Summary)
Manage and responsible for the daily IE job.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead the continuous improvement project with team work.
2. Participate in the new product development to improve the new product process, and ensure the new product introduction.
3. Problem analyzing and solving with the improvement solution to ensure the production according the product process.
4. Production layout design and continuous improvement.
5. Production capacity analyze including the new machine and tools’ design\analyze\evaluation.
6. Support and monitor the production execution and improvement.
7. Support for investment and cost controlling.
8. Keep continuous communication and alignment with corporate IE department.
9. Cycle time identification and line balance implementation in strict alignment with DAB standards and procedures
10. Time study and predicted working time for the new product, maintain the INFOR system. Cooperate with planner/warehouse to assure on time delivery to customers;
11. Design and update the process document working together with the related department.
12. Generate new ideas for continuous improvement (Kaizen) accordingly to lean principle.
13. Any other assignment from management.

Normal Minimum Position Requirements
Education
- University degree with Industrial Engineering, or other related degrees.
Experience
- More than 10 years experience on related responsibility
- Good computer skills and experience using ERP systems
- Experience in foreign companies.
Requirement
- Good in spoken and written English
- Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits
- Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
- Good communication and project leading skills.
- Prior production tools and machine experience desired.
