工作职责描述 Responsibilities and Job Description

1. As a team member of R&D, collaborate with other team members (including global counterpart) and other function teams to achieve the goal of the R&D team

2. Follow the company and R&D roadmap to develop rubber materials, participate the making of company strategy, plan, budget, cost saving projects, etc., provide related analysis and reporting

3. Follow the R&D process to manage the R&D projects and ensure the gate review of each R&D projects

4. Support business development as representative to customer, translate the customer demand and conduct technical feasibility study, collaborate with the function teams to offer the right solution, get approval from the customers for products and materials

5. Support the AE and sales team, propose, optimize or develop suitable plastics materials for new products according to customer requirements

6. Organize testing of material/ finished products internally or externally, support to conduct analysis of the test results and document

7. Approve prototype and create product specification together with application engineers.

8. Support quality department on customer complaints and take part in quality related projects.

9. Keep learning academic knowledge and improving of the professional knowhow by attending seminars, conferences, trade fairs, etc.

10. Monitor market developments on new raw materials, legislations, patents, etc., support on innovation ideas and IP topics

任职要求 Qualification Requirement

1. 教育背景/证书

Education / Certification

Bachelor/Master in plastic/polymer technology, Chemistry, Materials engineering

2. 专业相关经验（各类产品功能，业务，综合管理相关工作经验等）。

Professional experience (Plastic/polymer or chemical industry background).

3 to 8 years of experience in rubber material technology (properties, characterization, compounding)

项目/生产过程经验：

Project and/or Process Experience:

Experience in developing rubber/polymer material technology (properties, characterization, compounding).

3. 有不同文化/国际化工作经验

流利使用英语，愿意到国外出差。

Intercultural/International Experience:

Fluent in English.

4. 具有一定的团队领导力和团队合作精神
