• This role will be accountable for the electronics software development across Fisher & Paykel Appliances (Qingdao) Co Ltd. 该职位将负责斐雪派克电器（青岛）有限公司的电控硬件开发工作。

• Follows robust product management systems, processes and relationships to deliver efficient and effective product development outcomes. This includes ensuring design solutions and meet regulatory standards in relevant markets. 遵循稳健的产品管理系统、流程和关系，以提供高效和有效的产品开发成果，包括确保解决方案的设计并满足相关市场的监管标准。
• Defines and follows project plans including key milestones, ensuring available resource is integrated into motors project plans. 制定并遵从项目计划，包括关键里程碑，确保将可用资源整合到电机项目计划中。

Strategy Development and Execution 策略发展及执行：

• Contributes to the definition and executes, the plan for controls software for the C&T business unit, creating and maintaining product and technology roadmaps for the controls software. 致力于制定与执行组件技术部的控制软件计划，创建并维护产品及技术路线图
• Reviews competitors' controls offerings and develops a deep understanding of current and future requirements for controls (functionality, packaging, manufacturing technology and cost). 审核竞争对手的控制器，制定现行与未来控制器需求方案（功能性，包装，生产技术，成本）
• Ensures designs and solutions are compliant across all markets, products applications and customers. 确保设计及解决方案顺应市场，产品应用及客户需求

• Identifies and ensures appropriate protection of any intellectual property, knowledge, techniques etc. for electronics. 保护公司的知识产权及技术

• Delivers hardware design projects to required timescales and cost targets. 根据时间及成本目标要求交付硬件设计项目
  
• Effectively works with software resources to determine trade-offs and deliver an optimal solution. 与软件资源协同合作，以确定并交付***解决方案
• Contributes to initiatives for process improvement. 主动致力于流程改进

Customer interface 客户对接：

• Technical interface with customer's design teams. 与客户设计团队的技术进行对接
• Reviews customer requirements and trade-offs to deliver quality on-time decisions and design solutions. 审核客户的需求与权衡，及时制定质量决议及设计方案。
• Contributes to progress reviews and updates with F&P and customer design teams for the project. 致力于项目过程中与公司及客户设计团队的过程审核及更新。
  

• Provides inputs to the business R&D strategy. 为业务研发战略提供投入
• Carries out the necessary work to bring R&D projects to the maturity level required for implementation into products. 开展必要的工作以使研发项目达到产品应用所需的成熟水平

Electronic components suppliers 电子元器件供应商：

• Liaises with suppliers and procurement to leverage their inputs and optimize design outcomes 与供应商和采购部门联系，利用他们的投入优化设计结果
  

Health & Safety 健康与安全：

• Take all practicable steps to ensure their own safety at work. 采取一切切实可行的措施，确保自己的工作安全
• Follow all safety instructions and report all hazards and incidents in the workplace. 遵守所有安全说明并报告工作场所的所有危险和事故
  

• Incumbents must have significant electronics hardware product development experience in a cost sensitive environment. 必须曾在对成本敏感的环境中拥有电子硬件产品开发经验
  
• Minimum 6 years' experience in designing power electronics based products, with well-developed project management and customer relationship skills. 至少6年电控产品设计经验，具有完善的项目管理和客户关系技巧
  
• Significant experience liaising with component suppliers and contract manufacturers. 具有与零件供应商和制造商联系的重要经验
  

Technical 技术要求：

• Experience in developing power electronics based solutions. 开发电力电子解决方案的经验
  
• Understand and follow the IEC, UL and GB standard requirement. 理解并遵循IEC、UL和GB标准要求

• Have capability for the PCB layout. 具备印刷电路板布局能力
