-Service provider will be responsible for working with associates on marketing projects, keeping it on track and report results in timely manner.

-Service provider will be responsible for marketing communication assets management, to ensure business/legal documents on RRMC brand and product communications are in line with the global brand positioning and local brand requirements.

-Service provider will be responsible for proofreading, translating and maintaining project documents, as well as completing the tasks arranged by department accordingly.

-Service provider will be responsible to support agency liaison and support on social media content creation, planning, monitoring and analysis.

-Service provider will be responsible to assure that RRMC Brand / CI guidelines are upheld in the design and production of all executed marketing and communication tools / channels / events.

-Service provider will be responsible for internal process coordination in SAP system and external supplier communication.

-Service provider will be responsible for performing procedures of procurement accurately, including following work flows.

-Service provider will be responsible for supporting on occasions, for example, conference presentations, meeting coordination, translation, document/data collection and etc.

-Service provider will be responsible for handling enquiries about accounts payable and account balance from suppliers and business department.

-Service provider will be responsible for marketing related support, weekly meeting minutes drafting and dealer conference support.

-Service provider will be responsible for meeting arrangement, office supplies, and other miscellaneous and temporary works per request.

 

Requirements：

Knowledge / Skills /Competences

Bachelor's degree or above.

Fluent English and Mandarin.

Deep understanding of British culture, British nationality preferred.

Be able to work independently and work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
