Regional Sales Manager

   

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Richardson RFPD business unit, in Shenzhen, China office. This role will lead a sales team, and work closely with our Country Manager, customers and suppliers to drive business performance. This will be an excellent opportunity to join the management team of a leading industry company.

        

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for budgeting, planning, performance and results of the team.
• Sets goals and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Develops customer strategies to drive business growth.
• Develops strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Creates initiatives to drive business success. 
• Monitors activities, progress and outcomes. 
• Reviews Business performance.

                  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven record of people management experience.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good business knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Effectively prioritise and multitask for a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of wireless Infra/RF, EPIC (new and renewable power), IoT background is preferred.
• service-oriented and "Can do" attitudes
• Solid skills on Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• No less than 12 years sales experience of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 8 years and an advanced degree. Previous sales experience in the supplier-type electronics industry will be highly regarded and is desirable.
